Hi! My name is Victoria, and I have decided to write this blog to tell you of my Walks to Remember, a list inspired by "101 things to do before you're old and boring" and "101 things to do before you die" by Richard Horne and some of my own and share with you my experiences to infinity and beyond..

70. Learn to Bake a Cake
Heya, so I made or tried to make a Red Velvet Cake today with the help of Iced Jems http://www.icedjems.com/ have a look at the website if you are looking for inspiration or want to experiment and become a professional chef or something.
It is an American cake for those who have not heard of it and is meant to be red, I had never heard of it before, was so light and fluffy!
Thanks to whoever is reading and Happy Good Friday!
